GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BODY BLAST: This class challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best, most effective weight-room exercises. If you want to get cut this is the class for you.
OVERDRIVE: This class involves moving from one exercise to another, with each exercise working a different muscle group until each muscle has been worked. Great class to get a full body workout.
ROCK BOTTOM/ GUNS N MORE: These circuit training classes are built with prescribed exercises that target specific muscle groups. Rock Bottom will target your quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteus, calves as well as your abdominals and other synergistic muscles groups. Guns n More will target and tone shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, and back as well as your abdominals.
ROCK MY BANDS: Think you need a pile of weights to get in shape? Snap out of it and join in this intense muscle shaping class.
SPINNING®: Sweat inducing, thigh burning cardio that accommodates all levels of fitness. Our heart pumping music and dynamic instructors makes this a very popular class! Burn between 500-800 calories in the workout of your life!
ZUMBA®: Are you ready to party yourself into shape? An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a calorie burning “fitness-party” that is downright addictive.
BODY X 360: High intensity interval training class. For maximum fat burn you will work through high speed movements. The class includes plyometric training, cross training, stability training, and best of all, super core-training.
CORE N MORE: A half-hour intense workout to sculpt and define your mid-section.
WILD CARD: You never know what’s in store when you walk into the class. Maria will keep you on your toes!
SHOW DANCE: A high energy workout that will keep you dancing to the beat all the way till the last minute!
PLYOS N AB BLAST: Increase muscle power and tone up abs with this intense 30 min class.
HATHA YOGA: A yoga system of physical exercises and breathing control.
SILVER SNEAKERS® YOGA: This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
SILVER SNEAKERS® CLASSIC: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
ZUMBA® GOLD: Dance the house away to upbeat music with modified low impact moves.
SENIOR SPINNING®: The class introduces our senior members to the cardiovascular benefits of stationary cycling. The music is great, the pace is moderate and the pace is moderate. Get those lower joints moving, strengthen the muscles of the lower body and get a good aerobic workout.
SENIOR LINE DANCING: Here’s your chance to move and groove to all the most popular line dances. You will never have more fun exercises than in this line dancing class.
PIYO: A fun challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch.
KID’S YOGA: The class enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves.

PILATES: Pilates is a low impact class that enhances flexibility, strength and agility. It emphasizes on core stability using the powerhouse muscles of the hips, buttocks and thighs.
